Return & Refund policy

For any claims of missing or defective product, you have to provide us an unedited unboxing video of the packaging from start to end .You can send the video on Whatsapp:7439373675  or mail us at kathakali@nazaqaat.co.in.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions :

  • We have a 48 – hour Return Policy in case you received any damaged product or the Wrong item. To request a return, you have to report to us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
  • Product must be Unused and in the same condition that you received.
  • Product must be in its Original Packaging Box, to assure that the product doesn’t get damaged in transit back to us.


To initiate a return, you can contact us at our Whatsapp number 7439373675 or mail us at kathakali@nazaqaat.co.in. If your return request is accepted, we will guide you thereafter.

Please Note : All are products goes for quality check before it is dispatched but in rare case if it gets damaged then we will replace the product and will create pick up of that particular product  from our side only and will replace after receiving the product.

 

In case we are unable to replace the product, we will provide you Store Credit which you can use to make purchase later. We do not have any refund policy.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and SALE items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refunds
Please Note: A Coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get your refund as Store Credit.

Cancellation 

We do not have any cancellation on products purchased from website. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
